| 摘 要： | “坚持教育创新,深化教育改革,优化教育结构,合理配置教育资源,提高教育质量和管理水平,全面推进素质教育,造就数以亿计的高素质劳动者、数以千万计的专门人才和一大批拔尖创新人才。”这是党的十六大对教育提出的要求,是摆在高校思想政治工作者面前的重要课题。高校只有不断地推进思想政治工作创新,才能为高校的教学、科研等工作提供精神动力和思想保证,努力为全面建设小康社会的各条战线培养更多的急需的优质人才服务。

| Abstract: | The 16th Parliament of the Party raised the requests to stick to educational innovation, deepen educational reform, optimize educational structure, and cultivate a large batch of top innovative talents. It's an important task for the teachers in colleges who are in charge of ideological and political work. Higher educational institutions should accelerate the innovation of ideological and political work to guarantee the work of research and teaching, and to cultivate more qualified talents. |
