| 摘 要： | 过度教育是市场机制运行失灵的表现。职业匹配理论认为过度教育具有结构性和局部性的特点,若个人的受教育层次与某个岗位的特征不匹配,特别是出现"高能低岗"的现象时,过度教育就发生了。从职业匹配的视角来看过度教育问题的解决,有必要在过度教育下对劳动者的职业选择行为进行分析,揭示劳动力市场的职业匹配转移机制,从而确定有效的对策措施。解决我国的过度教育问题,主要应从增加中技能职业就业岗位与限制高层次教育扩招两个相关方面来着手实施。
