| 摘 要： | 自我决定论是新近发展起来的人类认知动机理论.人类在从事活动中追求胜任感、自主性和归属感三种基本心理需要的满足,并把从事活动的动机看作以外在调节和内在动机为两个端点的连续体,以此来划分不同内化程度的动机水平.外在动机内化的程度是基本心理需要得到支持程度的函数.

| Abstract: | Self-determination theory was human beings' cognitive motivation theory which is recently developed.The people engaged in the activity pursue three kinds of basic psychology which needs i.e.,feeling of competence,autonomy and relatedness,and it views the motivation to regard the external adjustment and the intrinsic motivation as continual bodies of two vertices,People divides the different internalization degree of motivation level by it.The degree of external motivation internalization is function on the basic psychology which needs to obtain the degree of support. |
