| 摘 要： | 人才培养要立足于社会需求。高校外语人才培养应满足社会对复合应用型人才的需求。要实现这样的目标,必须对现行的教育模式、课程体系、教学手段与方法、教学管理机制等进行系统化重新构建,创建与培养目标相适应的人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Cultivation of talents must aim at meeting the needs of the society.Accordingly.the education of foreign language talents should meet the social needs for disciplinary and practical talents who will serve at all walks of life.To achieve such a goal.it is necessary to carry out a systematic reconstruction of pedagogical platform including training modes.curriculum system.teaching media.methodology and teaching management so as to build a model in which the foreign language students can be trained in the desirable environment. |
