中国寿险制度的内生性分析

世界寿险发展,先有商业性的寿险经营,之后才是社会保障制度的酝酿及实施。中国的保障制度建设却是:先建立国家保障制度,后推行企业补充养老制度,再大力发展商业寿险制度。本文就这一现象,采用历史梳理的方法,从制度经济学角度揭示寿险制度产生的基础,并给出中国寿险制度伴随中国转轨经济内生并进一步发展的经济学解释。同时,本文在制度分析的统一框架下,阐述中国商业寿险要从制度创新上取得成绩和突破。
