中晚唐浙东幕府文职幕僚探述

肃顺至宪宣时期，浙东文职幕僚在高门背景及科第出身比例上均呈上升趋势，且仕途前景较好。得益于中唐社会变革尤其是藩镇辟署制的推行，浙东才吸引了大量优秀文士入幕。晚唐时期，浙东同受战乱影响，导致来自高门及有科第身份的文职幕僚较少，且仕途平淡。这时出现了以军功入仕的文职幕僚，正是唐末浙东走向军事化的体现。

. The Civilian Staff of Military Governors East Zhejiang at Mid & Late Tang Dynasty

The proportion of the civilian staff who were of noble origin and have passed the imperial examination in East Zhejiang is on the rising in the period of Su-shun to Xian-xuan of Tang Dynasty. They also enjoy an outstanding political prospect. Due to the reform, especially the implementation of agency system in mid and late Tang Dynasty, East Zhejiang attracted so many excellent scholars. While in the late Tang period when the war reigned, few of the civilian staff have had a prominent family or made it through the imperial examination, and in the meantime their political future is bleak.
