| 摘 要： | 随着我国工业化与城市化进程的推进，环境污染事故日益频繁，由环境污染导致的环境侵权救济方式问题也日显突出。文章在考察和分析国外环境污染责任保险制度实践与发展、我国环境污染责任保险现状及存在问题的基础上，对我国环境污染责任保险制度的完善提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | with the development of China's industrialization and urbanization,accidents related to environmental pollutions increase daily.Problems involved with environmental rights infringement remedial models are also aggravated.The paper examines and analyzes the practice of environmental pollution liability insurance policy in foreign countries as well as its current state and existing problems in China.In the end,the paper proposes several suggestions for the improvement of China's practice in this field. |
