| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革开放的进一步深化,社会进入了一个高速转型期,在随着国内体制转换、结构调整和社会变革力度的加大过程中,社会发展出现严重失衡,各种各样的社会、政治、经济、文化的矛盾和问题也随之出现,并呈现不断激化的趋势,失衡的问题如果不能被提到议事日程并且得到有效的矫正,经济发展将面临后继无力,甚至被阻滞的局面。

| Abstract: | With the further development of the Opening UP and Reform Policy in China,the society transforms swiftly.The social development turns out severely unbalanced during the institution transformation,structure adjustment and society reform,and as a result,various social,political,economical and cultural contradictions and problems emerge and become acute.If the unbalance can not be openly discussed and effectively corrected,the economical development may slow down and even be blocked. |
