| 摘 要： | 高等教育办学模式变化直接涉及到宏观和微观的教育体制改革问题。文章从历史的视角将我国高等教育的办学模式主要概括为三种 :国家集权、国家高度集权、适度分权。重点剖析了国家高度集权办学模式的固有弊端 ,归纳了改革开放后逐步形成的“适度分权模式”及其衍生的多种亚模式 ;并从世界高等教育发展的经验和走向视角对我国高等教育办学模式未来的发展路向特征作了预测。
