| Abstract: | The Collectanea compiled by Ou Yangxun in the early Tang Dynasty was the most perfect and complete in stylebook among the same kinds.Prior to the Sui Dynasty, nine out of ten of hand-down rare books were put out of existence.Now the book is the most vital document imaginable, thus it is rewarding to make a textual research on it in spite of its many uncertainties which are mentioned in 'The Miscellany'. |
