| 摘 要： | 90年代中期，随着我国经济的快速发展，连续多年出现较大的贸易颇差。为此，我国与主要贸易伙伴特别是美国、欧盟的贸易摩擦也越来越多。如何看待目前贸易顺差问题，采取措施缓和与主要贸易伙伴的矛盾和摩擦，是关系到我国对外贸易能否持续健康发展的重大战略问题。分析我国贸易顺差持续扩大的原因、对经济发展的影响，提出解决我国贸易顺差过大的政策措施。
