电影翻译的动态观——中国电影翻译考察

综观我国电影翻译的历史,我们发现,无论是翻译数量的多寡还是翻译方式的变革都始终与社会的发展及受众审美观念的变化联系在一起.有理由认为,电影翻译应当与时代、受众的接受程度、理解水平以及他们的精神需求相适应,它不应该是一成不变的,而应该是一个动态发展的过程.本文从我国电影翻译的历史、现状、观众需求等方面进行考察,提出我国电影翻译应当在提高译制质量的同时走多元化的道路.

Film Translation in China: a Historical Perspective

Film translation in China has been practiced for a century during which different techniques have been adopted to address different needs.Both in quality and methodology of translation,it is closely related to the social development and esthetics change.Therefore,it is a dynamic development process rather than a static one.In this paper the author traces the history of film translation in China against the backdrop of social and political history.The author predicts that the future of film translation in China should continue to address the needs of a diverse audience with regard to improving the overall quality of the translated works.
