| 摘 要： | 权力是一个在本质上可争议的概念。在当代西方学术界,自米尔斯出版《权力精英》一书以来,学者们就权力问题展开了非常激烈并且旷日持久的争论,产生了精英权力观、多元权力观、整体权力观、激进权力观。西方学术界对权力理论的认识在争论中不断丰富和完善,虽然每种权力观各有利弊,但是它们各有不同的适用范围;更重要的是,权力与利益密切相关,利益如果不确定,权力观就不可能确定。

| Abstract: | Power is essentially a controversial concept.In the contemporary Western academia since the publication of The Power Elite by Mills,scholars have commenced long and intense debates on power issues and produced such theories as the power elite,pluralistic view of power,holistic view of power,radical view of power,etc.Though these debates are different and have their own strengths and weaknesses,they have improved the existing theories when properly used.More importantly,power and interest are closely related,and the concept of power is unclear if the concept of interest remains vague. |
