| 摘 要： | 根据社会互构论的基本理论,统筹城乡发展的模式即是城市和农村两主体互构共变的机制,包括城乡互构的主体、互构动力、互构方式和互构域四个要素。随着我国统筹城乡发展的实践探索日益丰富,"城乡整体互构共生"的统筹城乡发展模式逐渐显现出其优越性和合理性。该模式主张城市和农村是互构共生的,互动地位将趋于平等合作,双方相互关系的维持依赖于利益需要的满足,互构结果将是互惠双赢。惠州的实践证明,各地在深入把握城乡互构机制的基础上,建构既有自己特点又遵从普适规律的统筹城乡发展模式是完全可行的。

| Abstract: | According to the social mutual-construction theory,the integrated model of urban and rural development has the mechanism of the urban and rural mutual construction and development,including the subjects,motive forces,modes and domain of mutual construction.With its further development,this model shows its advantages and rationality with an emphasis on equality and mutual benefits.Huizhou Model has proved that it is possible to establish an integrated model of urban and rural development with its own features and development mode. |
