论少数民族地区宏观调控的必要性和特殊性

少数民族地区宏观调控是国家宏观调控的重要组成部分。多年以来,我们较多注重对中央政府宏观调控功能的研究,相对缺乏对于少数民族地区宏观调控职能的认识,导致少数民族地方政府难以根据本地区的总量、结构、效益等实际情况进行有针对性的总体、长期调控,少数民族地区社会和经济发展受到限制。在促进少数民族地区跨越式发展过程中,必须充分认识少数民族地方政府实施宏观调控的必要性和特殊性,以便更好地促进地区经济稳定、长期发展。
