新生代农民工的再嵌入:结构路径与内在逻辑

应对新生代农民工普遍的"脱嵌"状态,世界工厂的持续发展使得"再嵌入"成为迫切需要考虑的问题。文章总结了当下中国的情境下劳工"再嵌入"的结构体系和内在逻辑,对国家、市场和社会力量所推进的"再嵌入"驱动力进行了分析。文章进而基于田野调查所获取的10个案例,讨论了三种主体推动再嵌入的路径:企业主导体现为福利增长方案、劳工住宅方案和社会培育方案;政府推动体现为公共服务和住房改善方案;社会主导则体现为产业与地域交相作用实现的"内部化产业"方案。基于这些再嵌入路径的作用方式和面临局限,文章指出多方合作是走向嵌入的摇摆模式和启动双向运动必由之路。

Re-embeddedness of New Generation of Migrant Workers:Structural Path and Internal Logic

In response to the general“disembeddedness”state of the new generation of migrant workers,the sustainable development of the world’s factories makes“re-embeddedness”an urgent mission.This paper summarizes the structural system and internal logic of“re-embeddedness”of labor,and analyzes the driving force of“re-embeddedness”promoted by the state,market and social forces.Based on the 10 cases obtained from the field survey,the paper discusses three ways to promote the re-embeddednes:the enterprise leading is embodied in the welfare growth program,the labor housing program and the social cultivation program;the government promoting is embodied in the public service and housing improvement program;the social main guide is embodied in the“internal industry”program realized by the interaction of industry and region.Based on the functions and limitations of these reembedding paths,this paper points out that multi-party cooperation is the only way to move towards the swing mode of embedding and start the double movement.
