| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来中国的经济体制几经创新,从农村的以家庭联产承包责任制为核心,统分结合的双层经营体制到十四大的社会主义市场经济体制目标模式的建立,到十六届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,经济体制的改革不断深化,再到十七届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于推进农村改革发展若干重大问题的决定》,成为农村改革前进的新号角。对四次创新的经验总结给我们带来深刻的历史启示。
