| 摘 要： | 绵阳现有的这部分非物质文化遗产是硕果仅存的珍贵部分,但就整体而言已显得支离破碎,因此,抢救保护工作十分紧迫。建议有关部门重建保护工程业务机制,明确编制和专业人员;制定科学合理,高效务实,具有可操作性的规划方案;自上而下地提供项目的配套资金;成立由政府牵头的统一组织协调机构,推动绵阳非物质文化遗产保护工作健康有序地向前发展。

| Abstract: | The remain part of non-material cultural heritage of Mianyang is precious,while on the whole it has appeared fragmented.So it is urgent to take measures to secure it on the following aspects: Rebuilding working mechanism of protective project and make clear staff and professionals;Working out efficient,practical and feasible planning that is scientific and rational;Providing supportive fund for the item from top to bottom;Founding an agent of organization and negotiation that is uniform and leaded by the goverment.Therefore,Mianyang's protective work of non-material cultural heritage can be promoted to develop in a healthy and orderly way. |
