技术创新的历史演进及其生态化转向研究

自熊彼特提出“创新理论”之后，国内外学者在技术创新理论的研究上取得了很大的进展。本文从技术创新理论的发展及其引发的生态环境问题出发，论证了传统技术创新理论单一的经济化倾向和生态缺陷，在此基础上提出了技术创新的生态化转向概念，把生态追求和社会效益纳入技术创新目标体系，阐述了生态化技术创新的内涵和发展要求，提出了实施生态化技术创新、促进社会和谐发展的机制和对策。

Research on the Evolution of Technology Innovation and Turning of Ecologicalization

Since Sehumpter posed"Innovation Theory",the scholars from China and foreign countries have made considerable headway on the researches of technology innovation theory.Starting from the develop- ment of technology innovation theory and its problems of ecological environment,this paper discusses on the only economic trend and the severe ecological shortages of traditional technology innovation theory,and based on this,puts forward the concept of turning of ecologicalization of technology innovation,and brings ecological pursue and social effectiveness into the goal system of technology innovation,and illuminates the connotation and requirement of eco-technology innovation,and presents the mechanism and measures of carrying out eco- technology innovation to promote the social harmonious development.
