| 摘 要： | 该文对世界农地产权的演进与发展进行了实证分析,表明了世界农地产权演进与发展的三个趋势,即产权逐步明晰,产权结构日趋完整;适时推动农地产权流动,由平均地权向适度规模经营推进;弱化所有权,强化使用权与国家管理权。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the evolution and development of the world farmland property right with real evidence.It shows the three trends of the world farmland property progress:the property right being gradually clear,property right structure gradually perfect;timely pushing forward the flow of farmland property right-pushing ahead from average land right to proper-scale management;weakening the owner's right,strengthening the user's right and the right of the state administration. |
