| 摘 要： | 人民生活总体上达到小康以后,一方面我们具备了更好地满足人民需要的基本条件,另一方面满足人民日益增长的物质文化需要仍有许多课题尚待解决。在全面建设惠及十几亿人口的更高水平小康社会的进程中,全面满足女性的需要,对党、对国家、对民族、对女性都具有非常重要的现实意义。
