首席问题官:古代谏官对现代企业的启示

摘    要:谏官的职能是发现君主和高级官员的不当行为,以及反响强烈的社会问题,并直接向君主提出意见或建议。谏官制度对古代行政管理体系的自我完善发挥了极其重要的作用。借鉴古代谏官制度,大中型现代企业也有必要设立类似的职位,即首席问题官。首席问题官不分管企业中传统意义上的“专业工作”,而是跨专业、跨部门地挖掘问题、研究问题,并牵头制定解决方案。谏官的典型进谏风格有耿直派和委婉派两种,首席问题官也有必要根据企业环境和企业领导人的个性,选择适宜的表达问题方式。

Abstract:The main tasks of the advisors were to submit proposals and write letters to the Emperors after finding senior official's improper behavior and important social problems.Advisors system had played an important role of improving ancient political system.Modern enterprises should set the position Chief Solution Officer (CSO) as ancient Advisors.CSO takes charge of finding problems,studying problems and making solutions.The advisor had two kinds of working styles:upright type and roundabout type.CSO should learn from the advisor and skillfully express problems according to the environments and leader's personality.
