丁苯酞软胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效观察

目的评价丁苯酞软胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法治疗组给予服用丁苯酞软胶囊,同时治疗组及对照组均按《中国脑血管病防治指南》给予规范治疗。采用美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表（NIHSS）及Bethel指数（BI）进行病情评估。结果治疗组治疗前后NIHSS评分分别为7.02±4.17分及3.52±2.68分,对照组分别为6.45±3.29分及5.92±4.06分,治疗组治疗前后及两组间治疗后比较均有统计学意义,治疗组治疗前后BI评分分别为61.24±25.68分及78.73±21.68分,对照组分别为60.45±32.92分及63.5±30.92分,治疗组治疗前后及治疗后两组间差异均有统计学意义。结论丁苯酞软胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中效果显著。

Clinical application of NBP in cerebral ischemic stroke

Objective To investigate the efficacy of NBP in cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods The study group were treated with NBP bout the study group and the control group were formerly treated accordion to （China cuideline for cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment）. The both group were evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） and Bethel Index（BI）. Results The results of NIHSS were 7.02±4.17and 3.92±2.68 before and after treatment in study group,6.45±3.29 and 5.92±4.06 in control group,there were statistical difference between two groups. The results of BI were 61.24±25.68 and 78.73±21.68 before and after treatment in study group,60.45±32.92 and 63.57±30.92 in control group,there were statistical differences of cerebral ischemic strake.
