| 摘 要： | 鉴于商业贿赂对商品经济发展、廉政制度与社会风气的严重破坏和影响,世界各国都采取各种措施加以禁止,相关立法就是惩治商业贿赂的有力武器之一。我国从1993年开始就陆续制定、颁布了一系列惩治商业贿赂的经济、行政以及刑事法律,但从总体上看,这些法律明显存在立法滞后、制裁不力及不够完善的问题,需要从两个方面进一步完善。

| Abstract: | Due to the serious destruction and great influence of business bribe to the merchandise economy and social value,the countries world wide adopt all kinds of measures to prohibit it,and the legislation concerned is one of the effective measures to punish business bribe.China has already drawn up and promulgated a series of ecnomic,administrative and criminal laws to punish business bribe since 1993.But on the whole,there are still some problems in these laws,so we have to solve these problems from two aspects in order to make these laws more effective. |
