| 摘 要： | 刑事技术鉴定在司法实践中的作用非常重要。通过实证分析,引导正确定位刑事技术鉴定的证据价值,建议真正使刑事技术鉴定进入诉讼,有效发挥其在刑事诉讼中应有的作用,以适应现代化诉讼的需要。

| Abstract: | Through investigation and analysis to records in practical work,this article is to tell us that we should determine reasonably the value of technical appraisal. It proposes that we should make technical evidence live its part in judicial procedure, and make full use of the advantage of it in criminal lawsuits to meet the needs of modern criminal litigation. |
