城市化进程中农民市民化推进方略构想

在实施城市化战略中加快推进农民市民化,对我国全面建设小康社会,实现我国现代化的宏伟目标均具有重大意义;要积极排除农民市民化的种种障碍,让进城农民享受市民待遇,必须做到统一认识,统一城市发展方针,统一城乡户籍制度,统一就业机制,统一社会保障待遇,统一服务与管理,让更多的进城农民变市民,逐步实现进城农民市民化。
