学生在高校后勤社会化中的地位与权利

自1999年始在全国范围内推进的高校后勤社会化改革,既是一次管理模式的改革,更是一次经济体制改革。近几年的高校扩招规模远远超过了高校经费资源的增加,导致高校资源的紧张,这在高校后勤工作领域表现得尤为明显,学生对此已表现出一定的不满情绪。如何正确对待高校后勤社会化中除了政府和市场之外的第三种势力——学生在改革中的地位与权利,成为我们迫切需要解决的核心问题。

Students' Status and Rights in Logistic Socialization in Universities and Colleges

The reform of logistic socialization, which has been carried out at universities and colleges all over China since 1999, concerns not only the administration modes, but also the economical systems. The increase in the enrollment greatly exceeds the expenditure of a university, which can be strongly felt in logistics and students'dissatisfaction as well. It is urgent for us to adopt right attitudes towards students'status and rights in the reform, which is indeed a third force besides government and market.
