| 摘 要： | 不完全契约理论是现代契约理论的一个分支,其主要由交易成本理论、激励理论和产权理论组成。西方不完全契约理论2005年以来的进展主要体现在以哈特"参照点"理论为代表的方法论的进展、企业契约理论研究进展、研究领域的拓展等几个方面。不完全契约理论的发展前景在于放松假设、引入工具、拓展领域和完善实证数据库等方面。

| Abstract: | Incomplete contracts theory,a branch of modern contract theory,consists of transaction costs theory,incentive theory and property rights theory.Since 2005,the western incomplete contracts theory has made advance in methodology represented by Hart’s theory of "reference point",contract theory of the firm,and the extension of the research domain.The prospects of incomplete contracts theory lie in the loose of presupposition,the introduction of tools,the extension of the domain and the perfection of data. |
