社会主义新农村建设中的农村教育发展对策

正确认识徐州农村教育目前的现状,找出制约农村教育发展的深层次原因,制定加快发展农村教育的有效对策,是新农村与新徐州建设亟待解决的问题。要通过一系列对策,让农村每个孩子都有平等接受义务教育的机会,让每个农民都成为“有知识、有文化、有道德、有纪律”的社会主义新农村的新型农民,真正把建设和谐教育作为构建社会主义新农村教育的出发点和落脚点,从而坚定不移地走出一条科学发展、快速发展的社会主义新农村教育之路。

Study of Promoting Education in New Socialist Rural Construction of Xuzhou

Building a new socialist countryside,which is concerned with the overall construction of a well-off society and modernization,is the strategic policy put forward by the fifth plenary session of the 16th Party's Congress and is the most important thing of our Party's work during the 'Eleventh Five-Year Plan' period.Promoting the development of rural education is an important guarantee for building a new socialist countryside and new Xuzhou.At present,the most urgent things to do are to realize the current educational situation of rural areas of Xuzhou,to find out the underlying reasons for restricting rural educational development,and to make effective countermeasures to promote the development of education of rural areas.All kinds of measures in favor of the development of rural education should be taken in order to let every child in the countryside have equal chances of compulsory education and to let each peasant become a new socialist peasant with "knowledge,education,moral integrity and a sense of discipline".Completely recognizing the challenges and opportunities in the course of new rural construction education,we must take the harmonious education as the starting point and the standpoint of building the new socialist rural education,and find a scientific way of promoting the development of socialist rural education.
