| 摘 要： | 一、乡镇企业发展对农村居民收入增长的贡献 中国农村乡镇企业的崛起是顺应农村经济进一步内在发展的要求 ,是为寻求解决农业剩余劳动力出路和进一步提高农村居民收入的前提下发展起来的。改革以来乡镇企业的发展对农村居民收入增长作出了巨大贡献。(一 )全国农村居民收入增加额中近两成来自乡镇企业从宏观层面分析 ,乡镇企业的发展和壮大 ,使职工工资成倍增长。 1999年全国乡镇企业劳动生产率是 195 86元 ,比 1978年的 174 4元提高 10 2倍 ;乡镇企业支付职工的工资总额达到 6 5 97亿元 ,比 1978年的 86 6亿元增长了 75倍 ;职工人均年…
