| 摘 要： | 在当代中国，官员阶层与其他各阶层的矛盾，个体私营者阶层与其他阶层的矛盾，知识分子阶层与其他阶层的矛盾是有代表性的主要的阶层矛盾。社会体制的弊端，社会利益分配不公，科技教育发展严重滞后，社会各阶层心理失衡，是当代中国社会各阶层矛盾的根源。完善体制，行政协调，法律规范，社会协商，舆论引导是正确处理社会各阶层矛盾的方法。

| Abstract: | In modern China,the main stratum contradictions are the ones between the official stratum and other various,between the private managers stratum and other various stratums and between the intellectuals stratum and other various stratum. These contradictions lie in the correct practie in the social system,the unfair assignment of the social interests,the backwardness in the development of the science and education and the psychology unbalance of the various stratums. The correct way to deal with the contradictions is to improve the system, make administrative and economic adjustment, perfect the laws,enhance social and political consultation and lead the public opinions. |
