| Abstract: | In culture and thought, Emperor Kangxi praised highly the Learning of Great Classics-expositors and advocated the Real Learning. It not only had the contemporary style and but also was seared by the academic trend of thought of the times. And it was yet interwoven with his own inherent practical nature. He did it with the purpose of holding the controlling power on culture and thought and of consolidating the throne of the Qing Dynasty. |
