| Abstract: | The key point of the technical innovation construction system is to further the law system construction. With an analysis of the existing problems of our country's technical innovation law system, this paper gives a study of the main principles of technical innovation law system construction, stressing the necessity to strengthen the technical innovation law system construction from the following aspects including the technical innovation property, service organization, risk investment, government support, government supervision, government management, etc., so as to offer protection for enterprise technical innovation. |
