试论忽必烈的"汉法"政策

元朝建立者忽必烈汗 ,为夺取汗权和巩固汗权 ,大力推行“汉法”。其建纪元 ,立太子 ,废除豁里勒台制 ,改国号为大元 ,迁都到大都 (今北京 ) ,是为了加强广大中原地区的统治。元朝建都城于大都 ,有着很重要的意义。忽必烈汗尊礼孔孟 ,重用儒士 ,是他推行“汉法”的重要内容。怀才不遇的儒士们 ,借机“汉法”之行 ,发挥其各自才能 ,辅佐忽必烈汗建立了大业。
