| Abstract: | It is the general tendency for enterprises to restructure and upgrade for the purpose of enhan- cing core competitiveness. Firm confidence, positive and innovative spirits have been the prime condition and premise to push restructuring and improving core competitiveness. Enterprises＇ transformation, up- grading, and constructing core competitiveness are systematically engineering, which must be consistent with the pace of government policies and social harmony. |
