| 摘 要： | 河北省确定将文化产业作为“十二五”时期发展的重点，文章从比较分析河北省文化产业的发展现状与其他省份发展的差距入手，从政策性金融支持体系、文化产业投资信息平台和文化产权交易体系建设等几个方面提出了推动河北省文化产业转型升级的金融对策建议。

| Abstract: | Hebei Province has made the cultural industry as the focus of development in the Twelfth Five--Year Period. This paper analyzes the current development of cultural industries in Hebei Province andthe gap between Hebei and other provinces, then gives the financial suggestions to supporting the upgra- ding of the cultural industry in Hebei Province from the following aspects as improving policy-oriented financial support system, building cultural industry investment information platform and cultural property rights trading system. |
