| 摘 要： | 2009年以来,广东省开展了简政强镇试点改革．顺德容桂街道便是试点之一;2010年以来,顺德在所辖的10个镇（街）全面推广了这一改革。文章首先总结了顺德筒政强镇事权改革的成功经验,即精简机构设置、简政放权、三大改革相配套;其次,分析了改革的不足之处;最后,提出了相应的政策性建议。

| Abstract: | Since 2009, Guangdong Province has launched reform in streamlining administration and strengthening township, and Ronggui Street in Shunde is one of the pilots. Since 2010, 10 towns （streets） in Shunde have promoted this reform. The article firstly summarizes successful experience in Shunde in streamlining administration, decentralization and three major matched reforms; secondly, it analyzes the shortcomings of the reform~ finally, the corresponding policy recommendations are sugges- ted. |
