低碳经济下企业生存的组织结构优化研究

Organization Structure Optimization in Low Carbon Economy

This paper develops a new organization structure for the manufacturing company to apply the new technology as well as to develop in the low carbon economy.On the Red Queen Theory,when the competition logic is changed,the firm should apply a matrix organization structure to develop new technology and make the most use of the on hand resources,so as to get used to the low carbon economy and be more viable in the competition.
