| 摘 要： | 在对社会安全事件进行概念界定和突变分析的基础上,构建了社会安全事件的尖点突变模型,并基于尖点突变模型研究了社会安全事件的发生机理;研究发现:社会安全事件发生过程是连续性和突发性的统一,突跳值大小决定了社会安全事件的危害程度,政府应针对控制变量进行政策研究。
