| Abstract: | This paper stuelies conic in a way of linear algebra. The theory of quadratic form and matrix is applied in discussing classified prublcms, and we've obtained some new necessary and sufficient conditions of a conic degenerating into lines. At the same time, we have also obtained some formulas of equations of straight line. |
