| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the current conditions of using electronic documents resources in libraries of universities and colleges. It proposes the related measures of enhancing the construction and service of electronic documents resources in libraries of uni- versities and colleges and we should transmit the electronic documents resources and service to readers by mass media and acceptant methods. |
