| Abstract: | The Seventeenth People Congress puts forward the new decade development goal of developing the economy healthily and quickly with the scientific concept of development,in which"the society becomes more Harmonious"as a most important content .This paper discusses the policy renovation for the harmonious development to economy with natural resources and environment in Jilin Province,based on the big background of society and economics ,along with the presents conditions and problems of Jilin province. |
