| 摘 要： | 加强高校大学生法制教育是落实科学发展观、构建和谐平安校园的重要保障，是推进依法治校的重要措施。目前高校大学生的法制教育仍然存在诸多问题，针对这些问题，高校必须采取有效措施，加强大学生法制教育，使高校在依法治校的轨道上平稳运行。
