| 摘 要： | 宋代举告的内容涉及很广，几乎方方面面的犯罪都在可举告的范围内。可举告的政治犯罪有：谋反、叛逆、贼盗、杀人放火等；可举告的行政犯罪有：官员的贪污、渎职；可举告的文化犯罪有：造谣惑众、传习妖教、印刷非法出版物、私习天文等。宋代统治者对举告采取支持和鼓励的态度，并将其上升为制度，运用到社会各方面。
