| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业具有高技术潜力、高利润的特征，目前已成为我国自主创新的主体。通过对某地高新区科技型中小企业的调研数据分析，对其生命周期进行划分，并针对其在不同生命周期阶段的政策需求特征，提出促进科技型中小企业发展的政策建议。

| Abstract: | High technical potential and high profits are the characters of medium and small technological enterprises.Through the analysis on the research data of medium and small technological enterprises in Hi-Tech zone in some places,this paper intends to divide their lifecycles and put forward the policy advice to promote the development of medium and small technological enterprises ac-cording to the demanding characters of different lifecycle phases. |
