技术机会管理是企业应对金融危机进行技术创新的现实选择.设计一套好的技术机会管理机制需要满足三个要求:资源配置的柔性机制,即创新资源的定位和整合要具有动态适应性;信息利用的技术机会成本机制,需要处理好资源稀缺与技术机会选择的关系,注意信息不对称现象并关注决策者对技术机会的预测;激励相容的权变机制,要加强创新主体之间的激励相容并采用权变的激励方式.三者之间紧密联系,是非线性的互动关系.

Technological Opportunity Management Mechanism in the Process of Innovation

Technological opportunity management is a realistic choice for technological innovation facing the financial crisis.The design of mechanisms for technological opportunity management should meet three basic aspects:the flexible mechanisms of resource allocation requests that positioning and integration of the innovative resources take on the dynamic adaptability;the technological opportunity cost mechanisms for information utilization need to solve three problems,that is,to deal with the relation between the scarcity of resources and the choice of technological opportunity,to pay attention to information asymmetry and to regard decision maker's forecast of technological opportunity;the expedient mechanisms of incentive compatibility demands the incentive compatibility of innovation subjects and expedient modes.The above three,which go hand in hand,are related in a nonlinear interaction.
