| 摘 要： | 聚合词是汉语特有的结构性词形,这种独特性形成聚合词英译上的一个难点。通过对汉语语料英译的观察与分析发现,在三种语境下,聚合词英译可用直译;在聚合词充当回指语时,可用意译。此外聚合词充当回指语时,其语用意义与先行语相关联。这一发现揭示出聚合词译语的语义来源,也为聚合词的意译在理论上提出了一种解释。

| Abstract: | Chinese chunk words are peculiar to Chinese Language.The difference between Chinese and English in word formation creates a problem of translation at word level.Through the study of the English translations,the paper has found that chunk words can be literally translated in three contexts and freely translated when they work as anaphora,and that their contextual meaning derives from antecedent or the referent of the antecedent,which offers an explanation for free translation of Chinese chunk words in theory. |
