| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料调研和分析表明,东北少数民族在漫长的历史发展过程中,孕育出了具有地方特点和民族特色的传统体育项目,其种类繁多,内容丰富,深深扎根于各少数民族生活的土壤里.挖掘、整理、研究这一文化遗产,使其沿着民族化、大众化和现代化的轨迹发展,是当前和今后的一项重要任务.
