优生优育与我国乡村计划生育

我国的计划生育在取得了重大成绩的同时,也出现了不可忽视的计划生育城乡偏位问题,长此以往,不仅有悖于计划生育,也不利于人口素质的提高,不利于21世纪中国的国际竞争。为此,我国必须尽快制订能体现优生优育的计划生育法,以提高全民族的素质

The relationship between good birth and good care andthe family planning in the rural areas in China

Some unbalanced circumstances that cannot be ignored have appeared in the carrying out of the family planning policy in the urban areas and rural areas,though great achievements have been obtained in China in this field.Such unbalance ,in the long run,will surely hindey the process of raising the quality of the whole population and will consequently weaken the strength of China in the international competition in the 21 century,which is just opposite to the objective of the family planning policy,Therefore,a family planning law that can promote the good birth and good care must be made as soon as possible,so as to raise the population quality of the whole nation.
