| Abstract: | The working of birth controlling can't be done well simply relying on administration order or economical penalty.The radical measures of resolving the conflict between the policy of the Family Planning and the peasant'sdesires is that we should concentrate our efforts to educate them,help them and induct them with the knowledge of the population and the Family Planning to change their feudalistic procreating concept. |
